My app is not opening after multiple tries. I have an upcoming booking and need help. The app is up to date and no updates pending as well.

This app used to be really good. Twice this week, I scheduled a delivery in advance and the drivers went MIA on the day of collection and totally ignored any calls or messages. We can't even cancel the booking. There is also a hold on credit/debit which takes very long to be credited back to the account. Too many pending returns as I have to rebook the deliveries multiple times. Please improve driver matching and also advance bookings.

Superlousy and inflexible app. Service also does not allow changes in app. They cancelled my order and maDe me rebook. Waste of time!!!!

Easy to use. Warm and prompt customer service. Never had cancellations. Drivers are efficient, friendly and great with communication. Will be perfect if they have loyalty programme. Recommended them twice already. Better than other delivery or mover platform. Do note that the services that I needed were scheduled probably that's why it is easier to communicate with driver and that I had ample time to confirm with drivers

This same thing happened to me on THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS. I booked a ban in advance and the driver suddenly canceled the booking. I received absolutely no notification about the cancelation. On the most recent time, we were heading to the airport with 4 pieces of luggage for an early flight, and I had even called the driver one night in advance to confirm. Then suddenly in the morning the booking showed up as canceled. This is absolute garbage service and I would not recommend to anyone.

Horrible app. Users can't cancel. Drivers keep cancelling one by one making me look for new drivers, end up with four drivers for one pick up. Tried calling customer service, no answers. Drivers don't help with moving else there is extra charge, convenient but no value. Wanted to save on moving, but after this experience i think I'd rather spend more and use lalamove.

1st time using and it was a nightmare. This app is kind of like Grab where any driver can take the job or DROP U AT THE LAST MIN. Which was what happened to me btw. And there is no photo of the driver, you can't contact him once he cancels on you. And u don't have the option of cancelling the order once it is accepted too. So my boxes are all packed and I took an off day to move, but I have to constantly check the app to see if the driver is coming or did he just cancel on me last min. Stress...

Service offering is flawed as drivers are able to cancel at any time without penalties or negative feedback. Gohox takes no responsibility so confirmations of pick up on app are just an impression, drivers can drop it anytime. It rained that day and two 10 fr drivers conveniently dropped their commitments and pickup was more than 2 hours late at both locations. NOT RECOMMENDED.
