Good evening, The Conneuc app has been incredibly disappointing. It's been almost two weeks now, and I still can't make any phone calls. I am very frustrated with this service—GOTO app was much better. I'm missing important calls because of this.

Very disappointed at this app, the app crashes before it even starts, when I try to open the application it starts loading for maybe 2 seconds and then it crashes and I get a message saying app keep stopping, tried everything like uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it back also try clearing the data and the cache nothing worked, I think the developer of this app needs to pay more attention to the kind of work they do

If it would work decently I love the features. Phone calls that get routed to phone are terrible connections. I had to reset my password and I have been on a loading screen for half an hour on my desktop. Which then will not allow my phone to log in.

Do not disturb still doesn't work after initial roll out on android. Been several months now. Can't send messages to other users.

The latest update will not allow a voicemail to be sent in a text. Also can no longer change the ringtone to differentiate it from my personal ringtone since I'm on call 24/7. Please fix these issues ASAP!

Connection to main line is very spotty. I do hardly get notifications on my phone when the landline is ringing

The first time I installed the app it worked great. I uninstalled it because I went on vacation and didn't want to take work calls. When I got back and reinstalled it it just crashes. I've uninstalled three times and rebooted my phone twice. It was a great app when it worked. Samsung s22 ultra

If properly configured, it works great. If you are a business have the VoIP mgt people remove and unwanted users like the Conf Room or 'extra desk' from the listing directory. The PC app is also an improvement over others such a ReachUC.
