When i try to activate my account with my phone number (the one that's connected with my internet subscription account) the empty box which you insert your phone number is in wrong format so it won't register my phone number like how can you mess that up? that's the most important part

Where do I start the internet was pretty good when I registered but now it keeps disconnecting and reaching low levels of internet speed 0.03 mbps and I was promised 70 mbps and now the internet disconnect alot and it happens alot in the day which prevents me from texting and playing games and watching shows it's literally the worst internet that anyone could ever get this is fraud not internet
