It was good at first. But it doesn't give you live data regarding load shedding/power outage. Many times there was no electricity for 4 or even more hours but the app would say that there was no power outage. The server is down at times and it can be hard to even to file a complaint at times as the server isn't responding. Fix this for good. Now the app has stopped working all together.

Best App. Simple to use. Registers complaint in a few clicks and a few words and then the response is super quick and the issue resolution is a master stroke. Never disappointed me. My bills are accurate timely and my life has become easy. Congratulations to the team and the developers for this brilliant work.

It's worst App, not working. Only once that app given me bills detail after that I didn't get any details and for the same job i have to move on duplicate bills... Which isn't convenient for me so bills detail should b accessible easily.... App goes on waiting mood for getting bills detail and after that there is no results. It's showing error "No data found, pl. Try again".

Its the worst application as it never disclose tbe informatiin regarding non schedule load shedding. It should contain the exact timing of electricity blackouts. Every time i cahcked the application when no electricity is there, but it always showed the feeder status open and no such details about the timing of elexrricity come back

After using it for more than a week . I would say that the idea to digitize these sectors is wonderful but there should be random checks on wether it is actually achieving it's initial goals e.g 1) The load management schedule is not wrong that would mean an error.I say it being changed when it reported correct actual load management.This meant malafoidic intent of the authority managing the app. 2) Complains are not resolved but reported resolved Senior management take notice

When the app was launched it was performing well. Even a single minute of shutdown was marked. Since past many months the app is useful only to get your monthly bill. Feeder status is always OFF and in details every hour power is showing ON. So no clue of actual shutdown duration
