Three stars because the math part was perfect my daughter is having a lot of fun while learning, and I can really see that she is getting something from it. However, I cant say the same about the English part, in the explore area, there are multiple areas like the shopping center and museums, in the shopping center I get that it helps improve her vocabulary by learning ehat those basic foodstuff are called. But in the museum part, the game is look for the tiger, It doesn't seem so educational.

My son has enjoyed it so far! Specifically the word battles which is surprising as I've struggled to get him to work on his literacy. Just need to get albert teen up to the same standards

Never heard of it. Saw a post on fb for a free trial. Claims my email address is already a user. So trying to charge me rather than the trial, three times tried same email and added in random "passwords" each time and each time I'm a user and need to pay. Weird!

Disgusting customer service. They keep taking payments when asked not to, and are rude and sarcastic when contacted. Stay clear if I were you!!!

It's fine, but has some glaring pedagogical issues, as does the coding app, and for something with this price tag, I would expect it to feel more finished. Directions are in very small writing, and opt for more complex language than necessary - the arrows in the coding app are yellow against a white background, they're hard to see as well as understand, no labeling or narration for them - for a 3 year old it's too much of a leap. One English speaking narrating voice is clearly AI...

This might be for me (my child) , but I despise, that I have to create an account and enroll to a subscription before I have a chance to test the product. Furthermore I experience that the buttons during account creation and sign in have a significant delay and allows for multiple clicks before transferring to the next page. It is my guess that the requests are send once for each click, which would explain that I was routed to an error page even though I successfully signed in.

Poor app for the expensive price tag. We have the large package which is supposed to be in the region of £15 a month. However, the English section does not open at all on any of our devices. The maths section is slow and clunky and glitched some of the sentences aren't read out, others are. It's definitely not worth £15 a month. £2 at best.

Updating review as is now fixed and can download and my child can play this. She's had a quick go and was quite engaged in having a go at it and the rewards for completing each of the challenges. Giving 4 for now as we'll have to see what the staying power is like!
