The products are nice and tasty just need to update the app as it is not showing the details of the delivery person after the food preparations. So we cannot able to call the delivery guy to check if his lost or not. This results to a longer time of waiting and affects the standard taste of pizza.

First time tried this app and very disappointed. I received a msg saying order delivered within 10 mins but I never received. Had to call them. Though the call center staff was helpful but not satisfied with this app service. Hope I will receive my order. Sorry this is first and last time I am choosing maestro pizza.

Worst Pizza ordering ever , it was nightmare. After ordering and paying Pizza never arrived. After 40 mins outlet incharge calling and telling they can't deliver to our area 😞. The tone he was using over call not at all acepted. Worst ever and not recommended at all.
