So far the app has been super easy to use, I used to take the train to work but bus is so much cheaper and allows you to go more places. Great so far. UPDATE: Buses get cancelled without warning so you wait for a bus that never comes. Buses will appear and disappear on map without warning. Very unreliable and can have you stuck somewhere for an hour to wait for another bus.

Have downloaded the HC App but it does not include the 80 service between Boxted and Colchester City Centre. And I cannot find on the website if there is a Saturday service on that route.

Absolutely spot on with the tracking and location of the bus and the time busses should be at your stop. Absolutely amazing 🤓

The app is excellent. Paying for tickets is easy, the Explore function which lets you see where buses are is brilliant and the timetables are easy to access. The Service updates is good and has become part of my daily routine, given how painfully unreliable Hedingham's bus service has become. Even on a good day they're late or cancelled. I watch them on the Explore part of the app just sitting at the bus station when they should have left ages ago. I just wish the service was as good as the app

The app in itself is okay but not all cancellations are updated to the app or get updated long after the bus just hasn't shown up, they often turn off the tracking system if too many buses are cancelled/late which then makes the app ineffective, as 1 of the main uses of the app is to live track buses.

A great app. Seeing bus location in real time makes a real difference, and I love the widgets I can add to my home screen with favourite stops. Gives me a lot of confidence the bus will be there when I need it.

4 stars.... In fairness a good app... And a good bus service... Is annoying though when I do want a bus and I think I am the only person waiting for one and the service is cancelled and moved an hour forwards... Trying to use public transport more but this makes it frustrating... So maybe if they cut down the service just one more hourly slot and then truly stuck to the schedule this would be more reliable... NOT trying to sound mean at all, good clean buses and friendly drivers

It won't tell me departures from the bus stop nearest to me and keeps trying to send me to another bus stop which is further away. Otherwise it's a good app for keeping up to date with the travel.
