Reset PW doesn't work. Multi attempts. Music cannot be toggled off. Extremely disappointing. #2 When a workout is paused, it cannot be unpaused. I have to end the workout and restart. What a demotivator So I am currently trying to reconnect to the mirror. There is an endless connection struggle. So, instead of getting active, I am back on my mobile device doing the exact opposite of the intention of this setup is here for. I was at 2 stars, but am now changing it to 1. Waste of money.

Well-made app overall - it could be streamlined and made easier to check your stats over the weeks (not just the current week) progress. Also, it would be great to be able to search for specific trainers to see all their classes. Great classes and trainers! A couple of ideas: A page for each trainer where you can follow them to keep track of new workouts and see their workout series.Monthly progress (HR, weekly workouts, time spent, etc.) shown on a graph or on a chart on the app would help 🙂

Ugh...Why remove Spotify!?!! I really like our Mirror. The app experience is solid. It still has a small issue here and there, but overall I love ut. My review here is solely based on the fact that Spotify was removed. It's by far and away the #1 music subscription service on the planet. To add Apple Music is totally smart, but to remove Spotify is an incredibly misguided move on the part of your Product and Marketing teams.

My review may be too soon to really rate the Mirror. I had it installed two days ago and can't get it to connect to, yes, my android phone. To find the network, then having to go back to the app to connect makes it really difficult and I have to start all over. I gave up after trying for 2 hours. Ok, day 3.. here we go again. I thought maybe if i try to set up on my laptop instead of my phone I would have better luck. Wish me luck! UPDATE: MIRROR rep called and fixed it immediately! Works great!

Every few quarters I have to contact Tech Support because workouts don't play. I've updated the app, restarted it, restarted the mirror, restarted my phone, etc etc but can't get a solution on my own. It's a huge disappointment and waste of my time. It's hard enough getting motivated to start a workout, only to have the device not do the basics. The Mirror is just expensive piece of decor at this point. A real shame since the content is actually really good (when it plays).

Content is great but the mirror itself randomly turns on when I'm not using it and turned off a few times during a workout. Wifi was working fine with other devices. Also wish the mirror would go to stand by when I exit the app. The screen stays on for a very long time and I don't know how to get it to turn off. Using Android.

The Mirror has a very sleek design. For gym adverse people as myself, the Mirror is a great at home workout tool. I love the variety of classes to choose from; however, I am not a fan that I can't listen to my choice of music as I am not an Apple user and that I can only use it via my phone. It would be great if I could connect to my laptop or if it was touchscreen and had the option to connect directly to Wifi opposed to an App on Phone It makes the price not completely worth it or make the Tempo more appealing, which was my first choice but after reading several reviews opted for the Mirror!

What in the world!? This is the only workout app where I've had to take the extra steps to go through Home to get to screen mirroring as opposed to just tapping the Chromecast button. Then after about 3 minutes the sound stopped working and I tried different workouts, but still no sound. From what I saw the workouts are 5 stars, but the tech is not.
