6 months now cant use this app, you need to fire whom ever is the system administrator. They are doing a horrible job, 6 months app does not connect no matter how many times you uninstall and reinstall. App says something went wrong, will not open. Uninstalled and reinstalled and get same error message. This is a city app, someone needs to fix this, it's how our city services are provided.

What's going on? Been trying to access this app on and off all day today to report a missed recycling pickup yesterday. Every time I try to open the app it tells me "whoops, something went wrong". I hit "retry" several times but it will not open. I have been using this app for at least 2 years now and it normally works just fine. I'll try again tomorrow. Update 12/14/21: I uninstalled the app and then re-installed it. Same result...it would not open!

For those having trouble (I was too) reinstalling will not fix it. Got to your android settings, Open apps, scroll down and find the app, go to storage, clear cache and clear data. Went from "whoops something went wrong" to working correctly

Even if the app works, the city employees monitoring and routing your requests simply close them without actually doing anything. Need pothole filled? Request closed and marked complete but that hole is still there. Need a crosswalk painted? Request closed and marked complete but you still gotta dodge traffic cuz there is no crosswalk.

They were supposed to fix the app. Deleted and reinstalled. Still will not open. Still miss the app. Update, 8/4/22. Uninstalled, reinstalled, still doesn't work. Can you do zero stars?

App does not work (Android), have uninstalled and reinstalled. Needs to be fixed. Edit ** Found another review from Aug22 to clear cache and data in settings/app/chatt311. That worked.

Hasn't worked on my last two android phones. Is it no longer supported? Saw the suggestion below about clearing the storage and it worked! Now if the employees at 311 knew this, it would help!
