App problems. I've owned the 3 and 1 for over a year now. The app has lost connection to it multiple times, which is a pain to re-sync it. The current problem is a solid white screen on the app. I tried deleting it and will have to work on syncing it again. Hopefully, it works this time. Otherwise, the product is great. The app needs some work.

The air purifier itself looks great and seems to work well. It's a stark contrast to the app which frequently forgets there's an air purifier connected, and the scheduling mechanism just does not work. At all. Aeris was bought by iRobot some years back now and it seems like the goal was to slap together an app, however poorly, so they could advertise it as having an app technically. Hoping at some point iRobot eventually decides to fix the app.

Beautiful and effective air purifier...when it works. Which is not often. I connect on the app, set up my routines and smart mode. Within 48 hours it goes offline and cycles randomly through the 5 fan settings. I would reconnect it daily which would be the entire setup over again. That was until yesterday where that wouldn't even work. The buttons won't work. The app won't see it. Support recommends I reinstall the app, password doesn't work so I reset the password and I can't login now. bricked

Practically unfunctional, does not even show analytics or data despite support teams trouble shooting steps. Very difficult to gain access to account after reset app Just upgraded phone to the latest model the s25 ultra, will not even set up account and does not progress. The app is literally broken the devs really have no clue what they're doing I wish I could possibly give negative stars because I would give a negative 5 or more if it would allow it. Someone please take the time to report it

App does not work and I can't find replacement filters for the air filter anymore unless it's some shady website. iRobot may have dumped this product because they don't even sell them on their website anymore. I am switching to another brand. It's upsetting because the actual air filter is beautiful and works great. What happened?

App worked for a few days with the 3 in 1 and then never again. App completely stops functioning every few days with the only option to reinstall, but afterwards doesn't manage to connect to the device anyway..

We have 2 air filtration machines and love the machines. This app is awful though. It tells me one machine is offline, but it's not and when I click on it I can control it. Additionally, for a multi-user household, there doesn't seem to be a way to set up a shared account. Very confusing.

Would be Zero Stars if I could - Can't connect get pass the Pin during setup - it says it will send a PIN - never does, when I try to request it again, it says to try later - it been this way for over 2 months of trying every few days. GET BETTER at your one job! It's a air purifier, it should not be so difficult to create an account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
