Well, this app needs to be fixed. But what i can say is it did help with removing a big chunk of ear wax stuck in my canal. I can hear more effectively out of my ear now. The issue I was having was that the app would connect to the device but not show the image from the device, so I had to reboot the phone. After I rebooted, it'll work for a minute tops before closing connection again. Honesty,would i recommend it? Prob ot my first recommendation, but if all other ear wax removal fails. Then ye

I had to give only one star because instructions are in Chinese. IF there is a way to change the language settings for instructional video, that too would be in Chinese. Therefore an English speaker/reader such as myself have no way to identify what to press to change the language! Very frustrating, and I'm worried that I might miss out on important instructions!

The app is useless. I read comments. I attempted to connect Bluetooth, it won't connect. Instead of telling users they're stupid because your programming don't work, trying fixing your programming to connect the Bluetooth. With the device right next to my Android phone, the device is looking for am Intelligent way to connect to a Bluetooth app. You should fix your app given all the negative comments you have with only one bogus looking review that says the app works fine. Fix the app!
Just Dropping Things
The product doesn't work, the app doesn't connect and even if it does manage to connect, it's a black screen that disconnects after a few seconds. If you bought this ear cleaner you got scammed like I did

After reading the instructions it's been working flawlessly for me. Make sure you are connected to the WiFi that the device you are connecting to is emitting. That should fix the majority of issues you may have.

This device is unstable and does not connect via Bluetooth or WiFi. The app says use with another tool and that was not in the online description. Disappointed

Almost impossible to connect. If the device connects, it rarely provides video. If you get video, you only get 3 seconds of video. Device sucks.

Really struggling to get this working, purchased two ear wands to help clean the wax from inside my ear canal, but when it connects nothing happens?,it then tells me the device is not connected within seconds?so it's not good I will be demanding a refund.
