This thing sucks. My unit either shuts itself off completely or does not adjust when I need it to. It has worked flawlessly for over a year. All of a sudden it just became the most annoying device in my house. My home was freezing one night and we could not adjust. A few weeks later it stayed at 85 degrees heat for a whole day during 83 degree outside weather. It is extremely unreliable and when I call John Wayne about it...they make it seem like it's me that dont know how to adjust it.

The app works well, but there's no integration into Google Home or Alexa. It would be nice if it was accessible through these services to use voice commands and have everything in one place. Also, fbsdsa no way to turn off the status lights for the light switches. they can be overly bright at night when you have one in the bedroom.

The app seems alright. My biggest complaint is every time I click on system performance it has an arrow to expand on and the app just gives me an error message. I would like to know what it is trying to tell me, especially when it has an ! icon. Also the humidity control option will not turn on and I don't know why. I guess I just don't know why it won't let me access random features.

very useful when it works as intended. however, hub never stays connected for more than a couple days before losing any and all connectivity and then becomes useless. support only says it coznevtiviy issue on my end and to reset the hub which I have placed directly next to router/modem. no other devices in my house have such issue. if you dont mind having to reset the hub every couple days I guess this would be a five star system

I guess if it works you like it......after one week constantly telling me power off.....funny that I didn't lose power anywhere else in my house! Then after two weeks it just quit working. Worst thermostat I've ever used. Now during the coldest time, I can't adjust the temp and it just keeps running. I can't turn it off either. I would NEVER pay for this....it came free for 2 years....I don't even want it free. Just give me a plain programmable thermostat!

This app was provided by my HVAC vendor. It's not as polished as the nest it replaced, but gets the job done. Managing sensors and other things are clunky and often require tapping on tiny little areas. A dark mode is desperately needed for changing the AC temp in the middle of the night. The blinding white color scheme sucks, and is the main reason I had to dock two stars from it instead of one.

for some reason all of a sudden this app has quit working and will not start up again. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it for five different times I have problems getting up and down to change the stupid thermostat and this is the only other way I can do it now I'm stuck to I have to get up which is very painful for me and I really am getting to regret service 1 installing the stupid thermostat I just can't afford to put in a new smart thermostat

I don't like not being able to set time schedules for increasing or decreasing temperature. The scenes are set to temperature changes on their own. I'm at home and work from home , the only time I reduce heat is for sleeping but would like the heating to normal by 6:30 AM. I can't set schedules argh!
