Skip functionality while coping local files to nas is not working. Writing the files again. after few months of usage: same issue, the file should have been completely skipped. But large files are taking more than a minute to skip.

The user interface is poorly design. 1. When backing up a folder eg: whatsapp During upload process, there is no Overall PROGRESS % 2. Estimated time to completion of file transfer 3. Upload is disconnected when WiFi is changed over to Mobile Data (please allow this option if user prefer to backup their files from a remote location) 4. Auto backup and sync function of my files from phone on a daily/ weekly/ monthly schedule.

I think this is a great app and does work, however much optimization is needed. Same with all Asustor apps. The battery drain for what should be a simple offsite downloader tool is obscene, not quite sure why it is so high with all of these apps, but it makes certain features unusable, like automatic backup (would not want to leave this app running). Please address! Thank you.

There's an issue when uploading from the download folder that it makes the app crash. It's one of the files in the folder, I moved them to separate folders, and that solved the issue. I give it stars because lately, the uploading speed is freaking slow. It uploads faster through my phone's native network storage access.

There is one major problem using this app & my Asustor Flashstor FS6. That is whatever you upload a folder full of media (e.g. a folder of 50 photos) once the folder is uploaded if you try to access it, the NAS become completely unresponsive. Why? That's because the NAS tries to cache all the images & create thumbnails etc. & maxes out the CPU (99%) whilst it's caching all the images. This means you cannot use this NAS in a business environment as it's useless if it becomes unresponsive

AI Data has an issue EZ sync my Galaxy S20 Plus 5G and Asustor Lockerstor 2... When I refresh a file or two is synced only to stop again. Ordinary upload using the app is no issue, just a sync issue. Yes, I've made sure there are no battery optimization and I've tired on data and connected to WiFi 6 Router. It stops syncing within seconds as I'm viewing the data transfer of the one or two files before pausing

I just purchased my first ever Asustor NAS to replace my Onedrive. So far, it's good. I haven't had a problem so far, but the mobile apps need a little more updates and features. It's definitely average compared to the competition. Would love to see more updates on the software side! Keep up the good work, guys! 👊

(UI updated - File names easily visible. I appreciate the fast update - 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟) One can only see a small part of file and folder names with the new user interface. It changed font size and layout, leaving landscape orientation the only way to see most file names. Reverting or adding an option to change font size and a detailed view would significantly improve the functionality of the app.
