So lovely to be stuck behind a group of people waiting for the app to download updates so I can kick off a wash. Wish it auto connected to the wifi or something as it's is so slow. It should preload a QR code or something that I can use to just scan at the machine and finish checkout there. Crashes and I had to clear the cache then it said I was registered to another device. This is so awful.

App constantly crashes when you try to open it. Maybe it has to do with Android 15 update, not sure. However, now I have a car wash membership I cannot use anymore because of non-functioning app. Also, the app thinks I am registering a new device when reinstalling (or clearing the storage for it), which I was able to do successfully once to log in, but now will not allow me to access my account again. Apparently you can only do this once every 30 days even trying to re-register the same phone.

Waited 40+ mins for app to open and in line. App never opened. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I pay for the subscription and I'm not about to pay for a car wash on top of a subscription. I even went through the car wash with my husband on a different day and the same thing happened with the app on his phone. I think there needs to be a place where you can put in a phone number or an email for your subscription on the kiosk. I think the car wash is great. App not so much...

App is alright, but they changed the #points required to redeem for each $ value of account credit - moving the goalposts is pretty sleazy. I had a $22 credit available for 360 points last week, and this week it's 405 points for the same reward. Creating inflation in rewards points is certainly within the ToS, but it's still unethical/grimy.

The app does work, which is good. Starting up sometimes takes 30 seconds of spinning, sometimes have to restart the app. Then getting a QR code for a wash takes way too many steps. Select vehicle, decline the additional charge, say you don't have a roof rack, select a wash, then FINALLY get a QR code. I just want to pay a monthly fee to get carwashes.

I get the top wash. $25 each time. Each time I am a little disappointed. The wash is just ok. Still have bug splatter, I have to clean by hand. The dryer doesn't dry my vehicle all the way. And it seems to leave a residue on my windshield and windows. That i need to remove. Wish someone was there to explain what I am paying for that equals the highest cost for a wash.

Very difficult to use. Registration process is waaaaaay too long for a car wash app. Unable to figure out how to use the QR codes. I've tried for the last 6 car washes and always end up just putting my CC in and doing it on the screen. It needs to be straightforward and shouldn't need explanation on how to use it. I just want to scan and wash my car. The app should make it easier.

The QR goes alpha-numeric when I try to tap. Rarely can u retap but it should autofix. The vacuum option shows after 10 tries. Remote wash? Rewards are prorated, the membership is not. Charged full price days into the cycle, there should be limited access or prorate or let us choose our cycle. Yesterday I cashed in 300pts for $15. Now it's 360pts for $20, I can't cancel to use more points for $20. Need more tire shines, air squeegee/vac combos and a rinse only option. Another express!
