Latest redesign makes it much more difficult to navigate to certain features (e.g., audio) and switching between that and gameday. Audio is wonky; drops stations and inexplicably switches from Dodgers' coverage to Yankees'. Also... the lack of synchronization between audio and scoreboard is annoying. And the audio will stop if you navigate away if you scroll over a video *preview*.

Tickets don't show up in the app. It's an overly complicated process to access your tickets. Their own instructions are event accurate. If they force you to use a service to get tickets and create multiple accounts, it better work. Organizations seem to forget that we are customers paying for a service but they don't seem to care about the user experience. I'm like, maybe I should just watch a home and save some money?

This app barely functions. I have to, every time, revalidate my email and refresh tickets many times before they'll show up. Even after this they'll sometimes disappear again and I'll have to keep refreshing. I'm glad it's no longer MonopolyMaster managing the tickets, but this is a very bad experience.

Not Good for Android. I've used this app twice now to go to an MLB game where I purchased a ticket that came with a concession voucher. In both cases the voucher didn't work on my Android device while they worked on friends' devices with Apple. In the MLB app, the voucher shows up but when scanned it reads an error. And if the game ticket is saved to Google Wallet the voucher doesn't transfer or show up at all, yet my friend group with Apple had the voucher work just fine through Apple Pay.

Tried creating an account with multiple emails and passwords wouldn't work. The issue is when the password requirement says: 8-15 Character 1 Upper Case 1 Lower Case 1 Number 1 number is not enough to make the password. Basic programming oversight combined with wrong information. Makes me wonder what else is wrong with the app.

This app is hot garbage. Payment is impossible through the app. The site simply throws errors or otherwise brings you back to the purchase screen without completing the purchase. What moron thought making an app where you can't make any purchases was a good idea. Save yourself the hassle and just watch the game from home, since you basically have to use the app to go now. Worst MLB decision since the DH.

Worst app ever. I can't even log in and have changed passwords, un-installed and re-installed several times, even tried shutting my phone off and then on, but nothing works. I've been trying to log in for days and need access for my tickets, please fix this ASAP.

App has gotten bad lately. Last season worked fine but this season it's horrible with buying tickets. Payment processing doesn't work with Google pay or even just credit card , and when it errors out and I have to restart the app it forgets my cart and the seats I selected are still locked.
