I was able to get in, create an account, and look through the app. at first. then I downloaded the prescription drug coverage for my plan. Now, it only opens a white screen. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, to no avail. the app simply stopped working. ETA now it will let me in, but completely signs me out and will not use my fingerprint login, meaning I have to reset my password every month when I try to pay my bill, since I can't use my standard password configuration.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS APP! Google must have lied about its overall rating, because it's not worth a 4.7. It won't process my attempts to pay my bill, it's so slow and buggy, it's just not worth using. Your company is already difficult to contact through phone or agent, so I presume your company just doesn't want my business, because I can't pay the bill. I'll just go find a company who actually cares about the quality of their customer service, because this is the absolute worst to bother with!

The system is straight trash. Forgot my password & the system locked me out completely, won't even send me an email to reset it. The system says to contact support for help, but support is not open currently so I'm just not able to access my account. Went to search for a provider without being logged into my account & it either says there are no providers in my area, or it will finally show me a list of providers. But when I try to get more details on a provider though nothing shows up at all.

😡Do not register on this 🤬app. To put you date of birth in you can't type it in you have too scroll all the way through the calendar through All the months and All the years and will have carpal tunnel by the time your done. Ridiculous! Lazy Programming!!!! 😡🤬😡

No idea who would design an app that requires date of birth and no way to type it in. Instead you have to scroll through a calendar one month at a time. Oh and want to find care for a CT, you can't since CT only has 2 letters.

Good app for viewing your claims, ID and accessing most information you can get from their website. I would like to report a bug regarding the Sort feature. Selecting to sort by Service Date for example doesn't work. It works on the website, just not the mobile app. Id give 5 stars if this wasn't an issue since this makes viewing my claims impossible with the number of claims I have pending or processed.

The app is helpful for paying your bill on the go and I appreciate that. However, it is broken. Every time I click on "Payment History", it crashes. Every single time. Please fix. Update 10/18/2024: Still broken, but more than before. Never lets me use my fingerprint to login so I have to reset the password every other week or so since the pw system is ridiculous.

This app never works! Can't even login using the correct information. So frustrating!!!
