Login procedure is complex, worse than banking. Resetting pin credentials unavailable, you have to contact support, why? Why can we not just use Google sign in and otp's. Also cannot export report to pdf, they say the report mentions its final but they also say it's always changing which makes no sense why that final message exists, why not just remove the final message in the pdf? Also forced to use app, which is a small screen. Over engineered imo. Once in, the app is ok I guess.

At first I wasn't happy with my purchase, I ordered the kits around 3 years ago. But they are continuously improving their app and the information available, making it more and more actionable and user friendly. You can create a shopping list and see what foods you should consume etc. The app looks pretty. It's very easy to see where your "weak" spots are. Just not too sure I like the log in process. I would prefer just to have a username and password.

The team came back to us subsequently and fixed the issues with our results and the data not showing up. Would love to see the experiences and reviews of others using this service. We've bought and used the kit, received an email that the results are ready and loaded in the app but in the app we are now expected to buy the same kits again.

Initial impressions of the product seem ok but when it's comes to using the app or registering the test kit, it fails miserably. I've tried multiple times to register the test kit via the app only for it to give me an error. At one point it called the registration code a "psudo" registration. I then went online (directly to the website) to complete the registration of the kits only to not recieve a registration email or confirmation that it was successful. This service is costly, fix it.

Their results are not worth what they charge. Their Ancestry kit is completely pointless and the other tests are interesting but not nearly as detailed as they claim. They say that there are detailed reports available in the app but there aren't. There are little info boxes that pop up that offer you a small paragraph that you could have gotten from Google. I suppose they'll push you to see a professional but in my opinion there's not nearly enough detail to warrant this. Don't waste your money

The app is not user friendly. At all, popups come up which makes it difficult to see what you are typing. You can't stayed logged in. Need to use long log in codes to log in every time. Results are not exportable.

The app is supposed to be updated to accept a four digit pass code but this is not the case. It is still asking for an old password and will not allow for password retrieval via email nor password change via email. The link merely takes you to a 404 error message.

Bought a kit. It arrived unopened, but with someone else's spit already in the sample holder. It made me want to vomit 🤢. It's also non-returnable. I'm very disappointed.
