The App is unreliable.Every time asking to register afresh.Earliee 3 months back it was working well,but now it is a puzzle.

Not able to make appointment thru the app. Every time I try to make appointment, it deducts payment but doesn't move forward to confirmation page. Had reported this to Artemis hospital and app team but the issue is not resolved in more than 6 months. Poor 😞app management

the app is not working as it shows that a critical update is required and when we press the update button no update options are available in Play Store. Trying to use the app for some urgent appointment but couldn't do anything.

This app needs a massive revamp. Looks like this app has been created so that Artemis does not have FOMO from it competitors. Reports does not get loaded easily. There is no way to download the app. App is not user friendly. Please do not create an app just for the sake of creating it.

Poor and pathetic service at hospital. Took my mother to the hospital in emergency, the doctors sent us to the new tower. At the new tower we waited for ten minutes, no doctor showed up. The reception lady asked us to download the app and register in the app. The app was not working due to server issues. The lady asked us to pay the bill first and then only doctor will come. We paid the bill and waited for another 15mins but no doctor showed up.

The app in itself is too heavily relied upon by the Artemis Hospital staff. 1 OTP that the app failed to send to me for registeration, cost me 200 rupees, and after this the staff says that we'll receive reports through the application, but the application is still stuck on the OTP. How is this app, which is used to send COVID reports any helpful if it cannot give fast and proper responses to the patients ?
