The support ticket does not work. It does not give you the option for the reason of the trouble ticket. Therefore, you can not submit a trouble ticket for your original problem. Now there's two issues. Along with: ☆"I'M INTRESTED" tab. ☆"Chat with case manager" ☆Chat with the bot. Non of these things work! I have no way to let a landlord know that I'm interested in their property. What's the point of this app?

worse website ever. Instructions given are wrong and they dont work. You cant log into your account to finish your application for housing. The housing Authorities need to look into this matter to correct it. Ive tried chatting with this this Bob.ai bot but its no use. I will try and send a letter or email the housing authority to see if I can finish my application another way.

This is horrible! I've asked for help 3 times and no response. Only an automated response. Meanwhile I'm homeless and am at a loss on what to do or if I've even applied correctly. Horrible app!

This is a great idea but it has a lot of bugs. 1. under the renter personal information there is a spot that says 'choose option' but it won't give you any options so 2. you can't continue. 3. the Bob AI can never find any housing whatsoever, you have to scroll through the cities. and 4. it only shows cities in Texas and Louisiana. 5. I'm a renter, but because I made a Bob.ai account, it says I'm a business owner, no I'm not. I really need to find a place to live fast. can you please fix this?

Some of the landlords are slum and in general not good people. Most of them don't have integrity and just want money. There are actually good people out here looking for a place to stay that are willing to pay their deposit...but you have these landlords who are behind on their mortgage and just looking for a come up. I care about where my kids lay their heads. Just because a person is on public assistance doesn't mean that they are beneath the person who supposedly provides them a home.

Trying talking to the Robot 🤖 about the problem and it's always I can't respond at this time, this is some bologna!!!! But the actual people at the building are amazing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for the Employer's

App stinks!! It does not update correctly, the info on the housing website does not match what's in the app. Messages do not get sent to case workers. It's a complete mess!

Bob.ai has caused my family and I to be homeless with a voucher because of technical issues with Bob.ai . Lots of others are feeling this same thing. I would rather deal with paperwork than this confused AI system that's not working well.
