The Internet is good but the agent here at the accomodation who is attending to to people doesn't listen to enquiry. Secondly the support doesn't reply to main ..because I was made to download this app all in the name of promo but at last I got to know its just a way of getting traffic because the promo was to be for July 25 and we are in Nov.. so why advice or tell people to enter for it..

Kindly update your app B2connect because we are unable to see our subscription's expiry date in your app and unable to see our all transactions. Before it was available in your app but now it is not there. Kindly work on your it need more improvement.

Very bad worst uninstall the apps. Very bad network and the system all people are very rude and not telling proper since last month the server of this network is down all the time when I call they said it takes some days(not how many days) after some days i call again they said same thing it's take some days they take the tendor but not fulfill the reqirement.

Last 5 days around whole Abu Dhabi internet connection is disabled. Thousands times tried to connect support centers and representatives but no one is ready to talk even. Such a poor system and management. No body is ready to provide even updates when it will fixe. Such a poor services. Today I again checked and they're saying they require more 10 days to recover the connection. What a worst services. Look money is not a matter. The matter is services. Very cheap reply of my comments here also.

Dispappointed. Very poor service, Not consistent and the speed is only 1mbps. Can't use laptop or other devices with this WiFi.

third class experience.. i recharged next day after my validity expires.. shoeing rechardlge is successfull but in this app its showing expired.. i called customer care they are saying we will check we will check .. its been 2 day still i did not get my internet from 2 days i am using mobile data...
