This app is trash. I order to sign up for text notifications, I have to have a Canadian address. I live in the US. I'm ordering something from Canada. Why would I need to live in Canada to track a Canadian parcel that's being shipped to the US?! All notifications through the app are also mixed up and entirely out of order, or extremely cryptic. Fix your trash. Or just stop shipping to the US if you can't let us use the app.

Good app, just one annoying bug/issue: if you fill out a page on a form (e.g. the customs form for a package) and you get to the summary page and notice a correction needed, going back will wipe all the data you've input and you'll need to re-enter it all again. Other than that, good app.

App does what it's supposed to, functions well, for the most part. Having to continuously sign in it seems, randomly. And the new "home" tab is incredibly useless to me. Only shows one of my tracked items, then a bunch of useless things I can't use. Wish I could set the track tab as the default tab I see when I open the app. Instead of seeing "set up automatic tracking" which isn't even available for my location.

The most recent issue I've run into is that the app will not sign in if I'm connected to a VPN. I am told my password is incorrect, which is wrong. Any attempt to reset the password results in a broken link. Once disconnected from my VPN I have no issues. Notifications also stopped working recently and the app doesn't seem to update tracking by itself. I have to force a refresh or wait a few days.

Update: 1 star added for the excellent response. Will keep the app & defs look forward to next version. Original review: This App will annoy you incessantly about... get this... JUNK MAIL. If you're like me and you have a polite little sign in your mailbox that says "Please no junkmail." you're going to be making a LOT of unnecessary trips to your mailbox. Honestly this App holds no value to me unless they filter out promotional trash.

This app worked great at first,but now it tells me mail has been delivered and nothing in the box! This will happen for days before anything shows up and usually not what was reported as delivered! This is annoying as I am disabled and when expecting certain documents I'd like to know they have actually arrived and save me any unnecessary trips .

TBH it was pretty good two years ago, but with each update it gets a bit worse. First, the notification icon became opaque and is now just a circle (this Android change was implemented 10 years ago, this app's devs should know better). There's no manual refresh on the new home, and I have a delivered package stuck there that never updates. The tracking page used to revert data so naming packages required several tries, and now just refreshing the tracking takes several minutes to see effect.

I was waiting for a letter and I installed this app to speed up my work, and its features and being informed about the letters that were sent to you or delivered to the mailbox were interesting and useful for me. And of course, the other features of this app were also very interesting.
