Basically a good app. The links to the map of the different areas don't work. A really good layout map of the property would be very helpful.

Text in app not displaying on some Android devices.(Text may also be displaying in white or transparent) Images and text boxes are visible, just no text.

1) Entering my email and credentials doesn't load my booked stay 2) Only entering my File No loads my stay info for Cherating 3) The planner is static info, doesn't allowed to move it around and plan my day at all 4) The day after my stay, the app notifies me to rate my stay, but when I enter the app to rate it says I do not have a recent stay 5) When viewing the G.O. team info after clicking on View more info of the next G.O. member, the info gets mixed up between members Sigh.

Wasting my time to wait after I have accidentally typed wrongly my first name and last name have to wait for 1 minute but actually waited for so long more than 1 minute still cannot login. It says I've attempted many times try again after 1 minute

Gives succinct information about your stay and the schedule/availability of activities. Only issue was at times it needed to refresh or did not connect.

Needs work. Activities and restaurants list a location name, but there is no resort map. It would also be nice to be able build a personal itinerary by selecting the activities you'd like to attend, rather than scroll through the entire day each time you're searching for an activity time. Also, the circus activities should be listed individually for each age group.

The app does not contain all information and functionalities that I needed throughout my stay in Club Med Cherating. I have to scan a QR code upon arrival to download a PDF which contains the full list of activities available and the corresponding time slots. The app also lacks the functionalities to check the map, whether the water sports are cancelled due to the weather (e.g. can't do sailing due to no wind), and book the appointment for the fine dine experience.

Great Idea! Love Club Med 🥰 unfortunately the program section of the app doesn't work properly. It constants keeps updating the feed, which prohibits you from scrolling or checking any activity out. It constantly jumps from hour to hour, from activity to activity. If that would be fixed this app would be 5 stars for me!
