Whenever electricity cuts and back, your PT camera moves right and then back for no reasons. Due to this, in case of frequent power cuts it now points to wrong direction and not what I set. I faced this critical issue on day-1 itself. CCTV are meant to perform its operation for long time without noticing and due to this glitch it will keep pointing in incorrect direction making it simple useless. Please fix this bug and don't move it when power is back.

Just brand is making people to buy. Their buggy s/w never worked properly. Most of the time it shows offline during live stream or playback. Now their app full screen in playback mode is rewinding back to day start. Not even doing any QA but releasing at the risk of customers. Remember you are in security business while have popularity for your cameras but very weak in s/w. Cloud recording would never try as app itself has bugs and cloud is app integrated :(

Good, but developers please : 1. Bring back option to rearrange cameras (move up or down in list via long press and drag) as available in earlier versions of app. 2. Option to change WiFi connection for multiple cameras in bulk - as when router / access point is changed. 3. Please do away with red banner for cloud storage. It's very annoying. When user has multiple cameras cannot consider cloud as so many cameras uploading will use up all internet bandwidth

Just one little improvement is needed, when the cameras get disconnected because of bad Internet and the camera starts repeating "WiFi connection failed" there should be an option to mute that voice from the ezkam application because sometimes bad network issues can occur at 3 am and then finding a ladder to disconnect the cable from the camera when you're sleepy can be very annoying.

After recent update not working properly, playback option not working. My money waste I can't able to use online playback option. Worst experience. I had emergency situation,but during that I am unable to view camera and playback not working. Very worst if it continues,no way need to remove this useless camera.

All cameras have disappeared suddenly. Requests to add cameras again which is impossible if one is away. What might have caused it suddenly. No updates were carried , none of the settings were changed, no issue with WiFi. It's utterly frustrating.

I’ve been using the Ezykam+ app for my camera, but my experience has been frustrating. The primary issue is that my camera frequently shows as “offline” in the app, even when it is powered on and connected to the network. Despite multiple attempts at resetting the device, reconfiguring the settings, and ensuring a stable internet connection, the problem persists.

This CP+ app is absolutely terrible. It constantly hangs, making it utterly unreliable, especially during emergencies when you need it the most. The app frequently demands that you clear the cache, which is both inconvenient and ridiculous for a basic app function. Its instability and poor performance have forced me to stop buying CP+ cameras altogether. A security app that doesn’t work when needed defeats its entire purpose. Total disappointment.
