2. Πληροφορίες πτήσης - Περιηγηθείτε στο πρόγραμμα πτήσεων και ελέγξτε την κατάσταση της πτήσης όποτε θέλετε.
3. Διαχείριση ταξιδιού - Συνδεθείτε για να δείτε την εγγραφή της κράτησής σας, επιλέξτε την θέση και το γεύμα σας, προσθέστε ένα ταξίδι στο ημερολόγιό σας, προ-αγορά επιπλέον αποσκευών και ακυρώστε την κράτηση.

easily the worst travel app I have ever used. pretty much useless, and slow. can't checkin, can't update miles account, can't find connecting flights, impossible to find how to do anything

This app is one of the most bizarre things I've ever had the displeasure of using. It violates the laws of God and man when it comes to app design, is completely baffling, slow, dysfunctional, and is generally a train wreck. This app doesn't do any of the things you'd expect an app like this to do, or it does do them, it does them poorly. It looks like it was coded by the intern who didn't make the cut to make coffee in the office and was told to go home and never come back again.

The app is usually slow and I haven't been able to complete the check in for an upcoming trip. I've updated and reinstalled the app but it keeps showing a notification that mentions the network is unstable when I don't have any connection issues with other apps. Now I can't even log into my account.

Extremely prompt with updates about my flight. Boarding passes, any delays, gate number, carousel number to pick luggage, all was swiftly delivered straight to my phone in real time. Online check in and seat selection was a breeze. Not sure about other people's experience with the app, but mine has been nothing but perfect.

7-19-2024 Still doesn't work. Impossible to book a flight. Error after error. Tried to book via my laptop, that doesn't work either. Going to book with another airline AGAIN because I can't get the app to work. You guys really need to fix this! Doesn't work anymore. Says to clear the cashe and reopen, but nothing changes. Too bad, I love EVA air, but not being able to book flights from my phone is a deal breaker. I'm not going to take out my laptop everytime I need to book a flight. Android 12

Absolutely unusable. I have a wifi connection and all it does is to keep complaining network unstable and restarting.

Sigh... the edit of the edit. Reinstalled working again. Good when it works but seems to have problems when updates are applied. Aug 24, another update another complete app fail. Removing and trying again. OK so after my annoyance faded the app is quite good, but I would advise reinstall instead of updating

Consistent connection issues with JUST THIS APP, even when submitting a review. Can never see "details". Must use website instead. Useless app. Deleting after this trip (its only utility is push notification flight updates... sometimes).
