DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! This is a terrible app. Looks like this app is garbage with the same issues for years from the reviews. I also was stuck at the start of the app, where you are supposed to center your face in the oval. The app never opened the camera. Surprisingly, there never seems to have a reply from the app creators or anyone connected to it. What a waste of time this was to test it out. Well, it failed the test.

I'm stuck at the first screen which say connect to a wifi. I'm also unable to identify my face, I'm unable ro test this app. I hope this will be sorted as soon as possible so that users won't be disappointed. This app will definitely be a good one if these problems will be sorted as soon as possible as AI is improving rapidly. At some point, I was able to get access to the main screen but unable to take my ID. Unable to test.

Second time trying to use this app, but through another app.. lol The selfie photo part never works. Just stays on the "hold steady for: 3" screen 🤷🏼‍♀️.....

I failed to read the reviews of this app and now I'm stuck at the first screen without a WiFi connection. At least add an option to switch to mobile data in case of no WiFi connection.

The first problem I encountered was having to connect to a WiFi but was easily resolved but I couldn't get past that line, having to take multiple pictures that were not accepted, thereby wasting time.

That video selfie is so painful to make work.. It transforms my submission to a low quality and then complain that it's bad quality. I made photos and video selfie on the phone camera and it looks good, not the awful quality that is shown in the app.

Trying to test this app for you and it won't go any further than the first screen cause it wants me to connect to WiFi. I have an unlimited cell phone plan, my cell phone is my home WiFi. So I can already tell you that you should make that optional, but maybe with a warning that it will use a lot of data without a WiFi connection. There could even be a pop-up that the person has to click 2-3 times that warns them and they're fully aware of the amount of data, otherwise you're missing customers.
