I had a really disappointing experience with 14th Street Pizza. First off, the delivery took over 90 minutes even though I live less than 15 minutes away. When the food finally arrived, the pizza was barely warm and the crust was soggy. I ordered the "special" but there was nothing special about it — the toppings were sparse and the cheese tasted artificial. For the price they charge, I expected way better quality and service. Definitely not ordering again.

App is glitchy It can't fetch my location automatically And payment options are mostly frozen and I have to reopen the App for them to appear. Moreover no option of adding Debit card and I had to choose COD and pay the whole 16% tax instead of 5%

I ordered pizza from 14 Street Pizza (Shahr e faisal branch) and it was honestly terrible. The pizza was cold, tasteless, and seemed like it was made with zero care. Total waste of money. This was one of the worst pizza experiences I've ever had. Definitely not ordering again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Worst app. I have ordered twice with two different master cards they accepted the payment and then cancelled it. Money was deducted from both of my accounts and then i called on their helpline they said that you haven't paid any money. Then i call my bank they told me you payment have been confrumed and accepted

Working is fine, but the speed is very slow. It stucks at every step.

What's the point of having an app when the order is going to stay stuck at pending unless you call the helpline and confirm the order yourself.

the delivery selection method is extremely complicated. Please try to make it convenient and user-friendly

User interface can be improved, It's hard to place order if Ur area is not mentioned in the list but actually it is just 10 mins away.
