app is not stable, i placed an order and it took my money but never processed the gift card, it is still under processing for 2 weeks now, and this problematic order doesn't show up on my website account like other orders, it only shows on app.. support never came back to me for 2 weeks now.. Will call my bank, do not recommend this app, will use site only now forward.

Horrible delivery experience. Ordered from online store and they delivered to wrong address. Ordered 2 ps5 games. They delivered only 1 initially. Had to follow up with the making multiple calls to get update on why the other one was missing in package. Then they delivered the second one somewhere else. Also their helpline number is not easy to get. Had to call stores and then get the helpline number from them. Also the helpline number doesn't work during the weekend and late in the evening.

Even though the items are a tad bit expensive, I always love buying some figurines and nintendo switch accessories from there <3 I also wish they add more items from different kinds of franchises instead of the well known ones, thank you

Worst ever place to buy a digital card, i bought 50$ and 10$ psn cards, and there is an issue generating the code, and they are asking me to try after one hour or send an email in which they will never reply

this branch (The Omani one) of Geekays app is so underutilized, you can only and ONLY order gift cards, please add more products, like the UAE branch

Absolutely terrible. I bought a mug which I liked but got no tracking information even though they provided it. It took too long so I cancelled it and bought a mug from Amazon, but a few days later it came and I immediately returned it. Just like before, there are no updates on anything and they only said it would reflect on my account in 30 days! The customer service is pathetic. Save yourself the trouble and buy somewhere else.

One of the Worst Exprience I Had In My Life with them, I Order Gift Card Which They said it's out of stocks and they asking 30 Days to refund my money which it's not my business if they don't have it. WORST POLICY OF MY LIFE
