Complaint: From last 2months we are facing an issue where the camera fails to record video continuously, skipping seconds or minutes even when human motion is present. This issue we are addressing them on there app via chat complaint from last 2.months but didn't get any response from true cloud, This makes it difficult to review incidents. Kindly address this issue urgently and provide a resolution.

Why is the cloud stopped recording. I have all day recording subscription but it only records in parts. While the sd card is recording, showing that camera is working and is in network. So the issue is in the cloud. There is no customer service platform. The live chat option has no live chat option and no reply on email as well. The cameras are good though.

Most of time irritating and My mobile have 5G network and Sim in Camera 4G network(Speed is better in my location) But Playback is buffering long time.. Downloading is very bad..if you minimize or Closing the app then Download cancelled and Page also closed automatically. Without Data pack camera is not recording.

I cannot connect the device with the mobile app while using mobile data. It says network error, please try again later. However while using wifi it works fine. The problem is I need to use the device from my app using mobile data to monitor whatever is happening in my house. Tell me what to do. It's frustrating.

At this price range camera is too good, only feature needed is fast forward and backward in playback mode, with various speeds, rest all is good please look into it, and integrate the feature ASAP.

Continuous recording stops at 50% and resumes at 80% battery which is absolutely rubbish. I don't know what these people smoke. It must have been stopped at 20-30% and must resume at 50%. There must be manual settings for this. No use of camera if we don't get full recording

Playingback video is not useful at all. I would give full 5 Star, after once fast forward playback features is available on app and downloading videos without any error. So requesting you to please add fast forward playback features on mobile and on pc as well. Hoping for reply from Developer team.

I have 4 cameras and they all Did not record to sd card . Always have gaps between recordings. All settings and connection are double checked. ( Camera set to uninterrupted recordings, have permanent electricity). Worst product.
