Με μερικά απλά βήματα, θα σας φτιάξουμε και θα είμαστε έτοιμοι να βελτιώσουμε την ασφάλεια των οχημάτων σας και να έχουμε ειρήνη.Χρησιμοποιούμε σύγχρονη τεχνητή νοημοσύνη για να συνδυάσουμε τον εξοπλισμό του οχήματός σας, τον ιχνηλάτη και τις έξυπνες συσκευές σας, για να διαπιστώσετε εάν βρίσκεστε στο όχημά σας όταν είναι ενεργοποιημένο. Έτσι, όταν ξεκινάτε ένα ταξίδι το όχημά σας επικοινωνεί μαζί μας για να ξεκινήσει η διαδικασία επαλήθευσης.
Χρησιμοποιώντας τον ιχνηλάτη οχημάτων σας, τα συστήματα αυτοκινήτων, τους αισθητήρες τηλεφώνου και την τεχνητή νοημοσύνη, αρχίζουμε τον έλεγχο για να βεβαιωθείτε ότι είστε ο οδηγός του οχήματός σας.
Εάν επιβεβαιώσουμε με επιτυχία ότι είστε ο οδηγός του οχήματος, δεν αναλαμβάνονται περαιτέρω ενέργειες και συνεχίζετε το ταξίδι σας. Εάν το όχημα έχει κλαπεί ή οδηγείται χωρίς άδεια, αρχίζουμε τα πρωτόκολλα αποκατάστασης κλοπής και επικοινωνούμε με τις αρχές για την παρακολούθηση και την ανάκτηση του οχήματός σας.
Θα σας παράσχουμε τα στοιχεία σύνδεσης και στη συνέχεια θα σας κάνουμε με μερικά απλά βήματα για να ρυθμίσετε το όχημά σας. Μόλις εγκατασταθεί, μπορείτε να έχετε την ειρήνη ότι το όχημά σας προστατεύεται από το D-iD.

I have the same problem as others - logs you out every time, and have to go through multiple screens, T&Cs etc. I have complained about it, but no resolution, don't really know why I am still paying for it. It isn't even useful as it would only immobilise well after the car has been stolen. I got sold this by the dealership, but wish I had ignored. Waste of time. Get a steering wheel lock instead.

Still not working.. Logs me out, and I need to reset my account on my PC, reinstall the app, call customer service etc.. This app hasn't been working for years, it doesn't seem they care about fixing this.. So I have to carry my D-iD card with me for driving - the card works smoothly (only this app is useless).. (The Global Telemetrics company is good though - they give me a call every time when I drive my van without my D-iD card)

App needs updated, must be annoying for the staff to keep calling people due to non responsive app issues and quite frankly doesn't seem that secure if someone steals your car. I managed after an hr or 2 finding if your clear your App data and cache it should allow you to log back in and begin the next period of use. The false alerts will become a real one day and will pass over as just another glitch. I think security should be paramount here so fix the app properly. Stefano

As other have said, an appaulingly written app which forgets or loses the user details constantly, resulting in needing to repeatedly re-register. The solution when voicing these concerns to Smartrack is to use Manual mode, effectively meaning I have to notify them when the car is moved without authorisation, rather than receive a call from them, which seems like a backward step.

Sgarted to log me out nearly every day now. So have to get in car log in THEN wait for it to verify! It's so slow! When on Automatic won't verify ever or pops up when I'm already driving then i Get called or emailed. Manual works OK. It also needs a timer So Automatic during the night Manual during the day would suit me great

App randomly logs you out and you have to login again and agree to everything again. So bad I've set to manual notifications and ignore rhe app. If car gets stolen I'll have to call them. Whoever wrote this should be sacked. Whoever designed the original fobs wirh batteries which can't be replaced should also be sacked! I noticed there arent any responses to complaints on here. Very poor.

Worthy 0 stars. Having trouble keeping logging in. It constantly logging out then when you sign back you have to set all the agreements again and within minutes does the same has done for weeks even months. Cost enough to join the service for piece of mind but useless!!! Come on please improve this ASAP or find another way.

Since new update its even worse than before. Regardless of phone paired to car and having on me keep getting alerts. Today I had to go through the login and set it all up again. Time to go back to the fob in my pocket at least that worked until battery went flat.
