I've found the psychology behind this app very helpful. However, it's clear they don't treat their coaches well as there's frequent turnover with poor communication on these changes within the community. Separately, you can use your coins to order merch which would be a very cool bonus... if the merch ever arrived. I've reached out to support for this (and multiple other functionality issues) with no reply. Not as confident about this app as I used to be, unfortunately.

it looks like some of the content is good, but there are so many bugs I'm struggling to get the full value. also, customer support seems to be canned responses, there's no way a human is giving me such useless answers. maybe I'm unlucky, maybe it will get sorted, but so far, I'm feeling like I wasted my money.

Downloaded this expecting if I didn't cancel in 1 week that they would only take out the monthly subscription fee, however they took a full yearly subscription price. Going to see if they can do the monthly subscription fee and refund the remainder of money if so I will delete this poor review on this so far unimpressive app.

lifesaver. seriously. always thought I was "broken" - quitting attempts failed for that reason. Reframe is teaching me the SCIENCE behind alcohol. it's not our fault! you learn how it works, then the control falls into place, then the desire melts away. Huge shout out to the Reframe Dev Team for helping me get set up even when I couldn't afford the full price. You guys are awesome. if youre reading this and youre sober curious....If I can do it, so can you.

scam. they charged me $50 for a discounted year. but I can't sign in. it always asks for my card. contacted customer support, sent my invoice and no reply. no refund, no usable app. save your time and definitely save your money. I would give negative stars if I could.

Love this app. Puts all of the mental health tools I've been learning over the past 20 years in a concise, simple format. It's really helping to organise my thinking, triggers and safety net for when my mental health slips. Got the year subscription and I'm glad I did :)

so far I have nothing but good words for it. everyday is a new bit of information to help you towards your goals of an alcohol free life. they also have mini courses you can do as well to aide along the way. I've learnt so much already from this app and it's only been a month

Reframe gets 5 stars. The approach is thoughtful, interactive, professional, and helpful. The best thing about the program is the group meetings. The sense of community is so meaningful in this journey. The app includes lots of scientific information about why we drink and the impacts on our bodies, but it presents the info in a fun and accessible way. The app itself is glitchy and needs better development and testing, but the program itself makes up for the app flaws.
