worst app experience in the history of technology. submitted my order 5.5 hours ahead of time. order would go through until like the 15th try. it gors through. my credit card gets charged. then the app switches to showing no order. credit card still charged. now I have to drive to there, where the guy says they are out of bbq, and try to figure out how to get my money back. rotal disaster. Google needs to let me rate this app negative 2 trillion stars.

Faulty app, doesn't let you proceed to checkout. Updated the app and continually getting the message "Sorry something went wrong, please try again" when trying to proceed to checkout. Had to call to make sure they weren't out of meats. Confirmed they weren't. So I had to waste time ordering at the counter in-store instead of just arriving for pick up.

App is fine at best, but a little clunky. However my problem is I placed an order and there wasn't any clear indication that the order was being placed in advance. There was no way to cancel the order and the store was unable to cancel or refund unless I come to the store. Not a good experience at all.

There's no way to place a car pickup order over the last several weeks, your app never works. Why even provide this option? It also sucks for anybody who is physically disabled, they have to go into the store to get an order.

This app hasn't worked in a long time. Yes, I have the latest version. It lets you go through the entire ordering process and errors out when "building the order" at check out with "sorry something went wrong"

app doesn't work when you go to checkout. every time it says something went wrong. but the store refuses to accept phone orders. so it appears that Android users can't order ahead. super lame. please fix.

Once you build your order and attempt to checkout, you get a Something Went Wrong message. I un-installed and reinstalled the app, managed to finally get to my cart and checkout. I hit the Submit Order button, and it tells me the time slot is incorrect. I changed the time slot and it still won't allow me to submit my order. Don't bother downloading, it has too many issues that don't seem to get fixed.

Your orders never go through. The final purchase button won't ever go through. Don't even try using this app for this store. Just call because you'll just waste your time typing you your order on this.
