App os full of bugs, from payment methods alterations to simple tools operations is just a hassle to navigate your app. Lots of information is wrong, such has where to find the vehicle or your actual costumer service numver not working. Very poor, on the level of a company you are you have lots to do.

I had all kinds of problems trying to sign into the app, getting different verification messages and my account under review for over a week. When I finally got a hold of customer service they admitted to me that the app was not actually working and that I would just have to go without it.

S*** app, never responds takes hours to get in, get it started ... they operating hours are usual office hours wich are a problem as I work in the evenings today I am locked outside the car ... can't turn it on so I am blocked at the charger till tomorrow morning... amazing !

They have taken a weeks worth of money after I returned the car. It has been two weeks now. I tried to contact them daily but they keep telling me to wait. They are so quick to take money. But you have to beg for your money back. Worst place to rent a car from.. avoid renting from them

Absolutely useless company. Cowboys in fact. Do not hire for PCO. I am looking to take them to court and sue them for lost earnings. They don't provide the right documents when requested or when it comes to renewal. Customer service is absolutely isht. Don't believe me? Sign up with them and find out. It's painful

Guys anyone Renting to do uber bolt ext, avoid hertz at all cost the customer service ignore you most of the time and they will never give you back the deposit on the top they will pay any pcn you will get and charge you 30 pounds of admin fee, and you won't be able to contest any tickets.

Does not work really. Bugs on bugs riding bugs. Can't see anyone trusting this app with their personal info (and driver license copy!)

The app has problems it crashes and you can't do the initial renatla process start up. worst app ever. I have problems with hertz now because of this
