Everything seems fine, except when it comes to paying. Over 10 times I've tried to use 2 of my credit cards to finalize payment, but it does not go through due to "wrong postal code" which doesn't make sense since I've put it in correctly TWICE. I've deleted my card from the app to re-enter my info and it still tells me "could not process payment due to wrong postal code". Biggest issue I've been having that's been ticking me off.

App generally works alright, but the store hours are sometimes incorrect and the "submit feedback" button just leads to the faq. This means I can't use or earn rewards for a random 2 hour period each day, and theres nothing I can do about it. The rewards program was downgraded about a year ago also. :( I do like that they added allergy warnings/vegan labels. I hope they add a link to the ingredients list on their website too.

Update: this app is hot trash. Twice now I've had this piece of junk wipe my billing info. Beats the entire purpose trying to do this thing on the go. Please go back to old app. Also this new reward program is convoluted and less valuable Every time they update the app you have to log in change password and reinsert a credit card number. What a pain, why do you have to change this so often? Also why can't I just have favorites on file instead of having to hunt and Peck every time? Infuriating.

Zero app security whatsoever. Someone was able to access my account, steal my credit card information, and place orders. You always have to have a card on file, so I had to cancel all of my cards since the account was compromised. In addition, the location which the orders were placed did not have a working phone number and could not be contacted. Do NOT trust this app with your personal info. There's no 2FA, no alerts for sign ins from a new device, compromised password alert, etc. Unacceptable

The app is constantly reporting my local location as closed even though they are open. If I try to order more than 6 items the app will say it can't connect to it's server. When swiping left to right on menu items the app thinks I'm selecting an item instead. Update October 2024: Now they removed the place order button on the forsaken order screen. I can't even place an order. I tried to send feedback via the feedback button but I get some Chat GPT response telling me to try harder.

The app is barely usable. You can only use your account through the app, not the website, forcing you to use their terrible interface. If you forgot your password? You have to make a new account with new information because the app refuses to send you the email with the code to reset your password, and you don't have the option of doing it on the website. Payment methods? Credit card only. No Google pay, no connection to wallet, no PayPal.

App malfunctions. They were running a deal today and I entered the code and tried to checkout, the app closed and erased my order, multiple times. Tried to report it but that didn't go anywhere. Guess they don't really want to give out the deal. Update: They sent me a $3 coupon for any issues encountered with the app

Since they updated this app I had nothing but issues with it. I'll try to add and it'll just freeze up, it'll kick me out in the middle of me trying to order then when I try logging back in it'll say I logged in too many time to wait and do it later. Later is like 20 to 30 minutes. I tried the usual unstalled and installed but it doesn't work.. There should have a "stay login" option. Its super annoying. Stop going there because of these issues.
