Horrible app service, easy to install and ride, but when it comes to end the ride thats the problem starts, it won't stop, u could only paused it until you chat with someone in customer service and they will take there time so it could add minutes to the total bill. Basically a scam. Nassau Bahamas Don't used unless you want to get rip off. I should have read the reviews before I downloaded the app. Shame on me

apparently there are areas where you can't ride the scooters and instead of letting us know that, the scooters just quit and you had to repurchase the ride to turn around. that really sucks. other than that, the scooters are so fun to ride. however, if you're thinking about doing it for efficiency or economics it's much cheaper to get a cab.

scooter didn't work and charged me anyways. everywhere you go the battery levels shown on the map don't correlate with the battery levels of the scooters you find, nothing about this app is as reliable as bird, or lime, or superpedestrian.

Honestly, it's too expensive.. especially for when your first ride the scooter shuts off and on and when you contact customer service they tell you you have to be in the service zone but your in the service zone is is basically useless to contact them.. I had a bad experience and therefore won't be using this again.

Horrible. Photo upload wouldn't work to end the ride. My son's ended just fine. Tried contacting support. Horrible automated replies. Do not use. They will drain you. Thankfully I prepaid 15 bucks, and I am disputing it with my cc company. Horrible company.

Total ripoff. 15 minute bike ride was $15. I requested a refund for the funds in my wallet, as I intend to never use this service again, but have gotten no response. Go with another bike or scooter company if you have the option.

Is the second time that I've used the service, and on both occasions, the same problem. It doesn't allow me to end the ride, and it keeps charging.

After update app doesn't work. Can't sign in, crashes after payment, and won't start the scooter.
