This app is incredibly frustrating. If you search for a flight and there are no flights available for it, the app will just say nothing is available instead of providing details of what flights are available around your search criteria. In other words, it leaves you constantly guessing and hoping, wasting much time. Also, the details provided upon booking are quite basic and doesn't allow the passenger to delve into the booking e.g. baggage allowances etc. This app needs much work.

Worst customer service ever. Edit (responding to FA reply), try to answer my call once, then I will tell you what's wrong. I have been a customer for a year flying every week, called your customer service every other month, and no one answered. And every time I chat with your representative to change flight, their response is so slow that the seat is taken when they finally respond.

Renaning the app to : FlyMaybe Garbage app, garbage company,so many technical issues.

The application is really bad and the cutomer support is just worst. There is a problem with the prefrences and tbe back office extracting points to fursan is not there and all flights are not reflected. Corporate special prices are more expensice than booking fron the direct airlines.

*Be careful* 1- Works in the background all the time and affects battery life (notifications can be done in a better way). 2- Asks for unnecessary permissions like audio recording access (why?). I will change my review when these two issues are addressed.

Keep loging me out. Does not calculate the total cost correctly if there is a discount. Money on wallet was deducted and flight booking was not completed

I am no longer able to copy my ticket/booking information, I have to go through several steps to just copy it. The simplest tasks are difficult on this app, it is this bad.
