Needs to be updated to work with a phone, can not get past the log in screen. The app will not let you adjust the screen size or scroll to click the check mark to accept your pin so this app on your phone is useless. And most tablets are useless on the go without wifi. So this is very frustrating! Wish someone would make some corrections.

Needs an update to work on phone, can't get past the pin entry of the login process due to the screen being cut off and unaccessible. Really looking for this to be usable on phone to take wound pictures

The app is unusable on my phone. The screen does not fit my phone device and I cannot get past the page for inputting my pin as the button sits below the screen line and you can't even manipulate it in order to press the button by zooming in or rotating the screen or anything. USELESS.

Screen not completely visible. App only works in landscape mode but on a phone the screen is cut off so it renders the app useless. Works on iPad though which is inconvenient to carry into patient's homes.

Unable to use this app on anything but an iPad or tablet. Can't get past log in screen because the font does not scale to screen size. When Creating a pin you can only see numbers 1 through 6 and no option to click accept accept or log in due to the font Being too large.

Found way past pin screen. Get an app like 'Rotation Control' and force the app to a vertical orientation. Then you can see the full pin screen. After that, you can go back to normal orientation.

Cannot log in due to screen size in app. Does not allow to save pin, the save button is not visible due to screen size and inability to pinch to zoom in or out. Useless.

Please improve app because the current screen is too large and unable to use the pin . Needs to be able to rotate. Can't use it currently.
