Good price, but they added a feature to charge an extra dollar per meal, it's called a tip, and there's no confirmation screen, so if you click it by mistake, too bad (customer support said I have to click the right box). Anyway, decent price on food, gotta be careful about tip, bad customer support - not just my case, but a friend got ripped off when promotion didn't get applied.

Very convenient and affordable. I am a picky eater. I have chance to check every ingredient in a meal before i order. Also there are lot of photos of the food, that made me order them. I would not order them based on their name only. I have not been disappointed yet. I ve been using the app for 9 month now and it works perfectly for me. They have tons of options in Manhattan. Highly recommend. So far, I ve been saving at least 20%-35% per meal! U can choose less meals, they have options.

Full score for the service. The app started getting better, recently, too. They show retail selling price and portion size, both of which are really strong factors for determining a restaurant convenience. Much more could be done in this direction, for example showing what venues get sold out first (even stronger indicator of people likeness). But when their servers crash… we do panic, since our lunch is on the line. A better fall back system is mandatory.

Terrible app. The food is never ready like advertised and the company does nothing address it. Also there was an issue with my credit card and the app wouldn't let me use credits I had successfully paid for until they got their most recent payment. I was hoping to cancel but was forced to pay an extra $40 bucks just to use credits that had already accumulated. Please don't fall for this scam like did.

They don't have a phone number, you must email them. You can't cancel your membership without emailing them even though there's a misleading section labeled hold or cancel account. Some restaurants give the smallest portions and many are not listed anymore. The daily emails are annoying. I'm not even sure what the review after each meal is for??? You don't see that review reflected for any of the restaurants. Today, the QR scanner wasn't even working. Wasted time going to the restaurant trying to scan for few minutes looking like a helpless fool in front of the staff who had no idea as well. I know it's the app because I was able to scan the code with another app. Now I have to email them as I lost a meal as well. Extremely disappointing.

While a great experience overall, the available restaurants are extremely clustered. After a recent office move (literally just a five minute walk from our laat office) the service is suddenly WAY less valuable to me and I probably won't renew. If stuff is nearby you, get this app. If you're hoping they'll partner with more restaurants in your area, maybe wait.

It's a scam. Forces you to eat a small selection of recurring foods in Manhattan at very limited times. Yes, you'll receive a slight discount, but you lose all flexibility and the restaurant food options aren't particularly very exciting/different. It's 1 dish per location and a lot of salads/ poor selling items. They also "steal" your money as not all points roll over and, since you can only order on weekdays,you'll have about 20 days to go through 120 points which forces you to use it daily

Great money saver app using pre reservations would recommend. The map for restaurants needs work but if you can navigate it, you'll find some of the best food offerings at the same flat rate. They should implement some more user feedback as well as navigation app integration for getting to locations. Look forward to updates and offerings in the future
