The app is essential for adjusting the settings on Moondrop's USB and bluetooth products, though it can feel somewhat barebones and suffers from connection issues. If you’re having trouble with your device being recognized but settings aren’t adjustable, try force-closing the app and clearing the cache. Another thing that has worked for me is starting audio playback before launching the app.

It allows you to setup your moondrop Dawn pro and settings. That's useful. The settings are saved on the device. The app may also allow you full access to the USB audio. My only problem is it is crashing a lot in the background on a Galaxy s22. The os let me know.

Not bad at all. For anyone working out to get it fixed: Plug in the device and then restart the app, go to app and it will find the device again and then you can change the settings. If you remove the device and plug it in, if will work on old settings. To change it you have to reset the app

Doesn't mention what the update for your earbuds are for and the app can't remember your eq settings. You would have to set it each time you connect / disconnect

Updated So far so good, might need some fine tuning on UI/UX. Sep '24: Cannot turn on LDAC on Golden Ages. The promt appears when touching the LDAC switch, but it shows like a bit of the full warning. The promt doesn't autoclose even when I leave it there 5 mins and LDAC is still off.

I am giving big hopes for this app to get better. Right now it works as is, but it definitely needs some improvements. UPDATE: damn it's getting worse... Now I can't even mount my own custom EQ, only the one registered from the official Dusk EQ. Seriously, please hire someone able to clean up the mess because you are definitely losing customers.

Connecting to MoondropLink is very frustrating. t's unresponsive and sometimes can't be detected apart from my May DSP. There's no trouble connecting May DSP. But the app sometimes can't detect my Dusk2 & Chu2. Keep asking me to turn on BT despite being wired in, Moondrop has great products but poor software implementation. And I hope you guys can improve on the software!

Everything is cool. I have space travel, but I couldn't find how much battery remaining in the app. So please if you could add it or something like that it will be good. And thank you
