LEFA είναι ένα λεωφορείο που ζητούν εφαρμογή που συνδέει τους οδηγούς και τους επιβάτες. Driver drove 35 the whole way to the destination. Refused to drive any faster because he "isn't allowed to". Ive lived in Namibia my whole life and know the quickest route to most destinations. The driver took a route which is much longer than need be. Again, he claimed he had to drive that way. Both these factors added up to my bill and i was very unhappy. Please add a driver rating in the app. The next driver to do this to me isnt getting paid.

Its safe and all. But i have an issue with no information. I booked a LEFA taxi which cost me 50 i asked to stop at an AtM for me to pay the transport and another 60 was added. It is unnecessary for the amount to be so high. What if at the end of the day we can not afford to pay the end amount added. Not being a hater but you guys should see into that. Dial a cab does not charge extra.

It seems like a very convenient and safe app to use. However the drivers get annoyed when I want to pay them them using online platforms instead of cash. Why is such payment platforms available then? Hello! We are living through a pandemic so it's better to not handle cash. Please engage with your drivers and educate them.

I've been using Lefa for a long time. My 1st experience ws terrible, driver didn't shw up at all althgh the app indicated he did thn I requested for a 2nd driver, whn the 2nd driver showed up he was rude to my friend and I. In 2020 I decided to give the app another try, I met a driver who seemed fine and but ended being disrespectful. Yesterday I got a driver who drove extremely slow to push up the price. I ended up paying a 100 dollars for a trip I usually pay 40 dollar. Never again.

Service was friendly and shortest route was taken to Medicity Hospital. However on arrival the driver demanded he only accepts cash, no cardless options as per App Guide lines, and i am registered. The driver said he is not yet registered with Lefa, hence cash payment ?? A small Lefa sign was on side of the car, but taxi number as usual on all taxis. I need clarification on this issue as i feel info from Lefa to clients poor. Could be stated on App info that clients are updated.

car wasn't branded, looking for a number plate on a car driving by isn't as easy as it sounds. No driver identification. overall, the app seems good.

The pickup went fine. But the amount I had to pay was way more than the app initially told me. Plus the person drove very slow, does the time taken also determine the amount?
