I'm so disappointed, I pre-ordered my trip the day before, and the driver was assigned 5 mins after my request. I waited for almost half an hour, but she didn't show up. I called the customer services 3 times but no one answered. I had to cancel the trip and order Uber so I barely can reach my lecture on time. The app doesn't provide any direct communication between the customer and the driver, no number to call nor location to detect. I was so excited to use it but you disappointed me so much.

While you oblige us to agree on terms and conditions to register I clicked on the link for the terms and conditions on the registration page to read them and the link took me to the main page of your website! I searched for them on your website but couldn't find any information about them , i sent a message asking about the terms and conditions but there was no reply!!!! How come you want us to agree on something we dont know?!!

It a very nice app but last minute the driver changed the price on me it was very unfortunate because I only brought a certain amount knowing my prices there and back. One star because all it takes it is one bad experience. 👎

Service not available in location message poped up when requesting ride. Should have a list of cities it's avaliable in. I Hope U expand soon.

Very useful app when it comes to visiting Egypt. Cab is a big and confusing problem for tourists, especially in Cairo nad Kena. Once you use this app, you will be very settisfied as those problems will wanish.
