Slow to load,but at least it does load. Only 2 stars due to the hassle of not being able to pay for parking wben I arrived and parked in a designated bay,only to be told the car park was full and I should have booked ahead! In a PUBLIC car park! Rang the number,and managed to pay straight away for the space I was in that apparently wasn't available. Don't offer a book ahead in these car parks. Most of them are public and can't block off spaces.

the app has been improved and is easy to use BUT you do not get an IN APP confirmation that payment has gone through. An email does come through (junkmail initially) but please give a simple confirmation like every other parking app I use. Its cost me over £200 in parking fees because of this and if I was being cynical I would say this may be deliberate.

Paid for parking but had no confirmation that it had gone through on the app, it just took you back to the main screen again, which made it seem like it didn't go through. So I ended up paying twice for a 12h. please give us some sort of confirmation screen when a purchase has been made

Broken, terrible beyond frustrating app. Can't add vehicle. Didn't have the location even based on code. Couldn't email for help as the app aid there was no default email address even though there definately was. Finally worked it on the website and can't update it on the website or app as the app can't register my vehicle and the website won't work. Abysmal.

Tried to use this as the ticket machine didn't work. The app tried to charge me six pounds for a one pound fifty ticket. Thieving criminals. Parked elsewhere.

Dreadful. Actually links to myparkingspace. Amount charged different to advertised. Can't extend booking as it says "already paid". Useless.

Tried several times to create an account, each time leaving the option to receive information and offers switched off, however I could not create the account. Tried typical combination of upper and lower case plus numbers and special characters without success. Finaly tried with the information and offers switched on and account created. Is it really optional? I wanted to extend by 30 minutes or an hour but the app insisted on 2hrs and £5.20, even for 30 minutes! Rip off!!!

Without doubt the worst parking app in the UK. Completely user unfriendly. Doesn't let you check your password and somehow expects you to remember bizarre combinations, Google won't save it so try remembering what you used 6 months ago. Totally messed up booking extensions. Makes a case to get rid of all these parasites and have one simple app.
