They changed the app and it's horrible, rewards inexplicably disappear and they cannot be claimed for literally no reason, all prior orders and purchases and rewards cannot be found in the history and they disappeared without a trace, the app has a lot of bugs, won't accept cards for no reason, but then in store the same cards work just fine, on the shakes it asks you 2 times if you want straws. The rewards program is way worse and not worth it anymore. They lost a client after these changes.

Customer service apparently isn't directly related to Next Level Burger. They are pretty rude and very rarely offer solutions. I got a $5 coupon to redeem through the app all of the sudden I can't use the app to order. Customer service said "it looks like your device is having difficulties reaching that location" then closed the ticket. Overall design is pretty rudimentary and childish, sad to see a good company use such a poor service. Should definitely drop LevelUp Consulting as the host

OK, so for the new Clunker Menu I was unfortunately forced to download the app while standing in the store and wow, this app is terrible. The location services are buggy the scrolling isn't good for me the enter your card information was super slow. Some of the menu options were not in the app that is available at the store. I wish the app was better because I love Next Level Burger. I have a S21 Ultra running 5G and still a slow app.

I had no problems with this app previously, but now I'm not given an option to log in, just to sign up for a new account. The issue here is that my phone number is already in use, so of course it won't allow me to sign up for it another account. I have an Android, and the app does not do this on my partners iPhone, but it doesnt accept any credit card information, mine or theirs. Errors and glitches galore! What happened to my beloved NLB app? Please figure it out, Next Level Burger!

Blurry QR codes make checkout clumsy I was told by a restaurant manager that it's a known bug and reinstalling clears it up. I've reinstalled 3 or 4 times, with reboots after uninstall, to no effect. The QR codes always display blurry.

had offer of service within the first minute of approaching counter; they have a first time $10.00 discount for first timers; the food is amazing, filling, and a vegans dream- the waitresses are friendly and awesome; both approachable and cheerful. the shakes are supah-bombtastic. Great spot for an anytime vegan treat💝. just allow 10 minutes from order of burger n shake- and they'll have it out to you in 7

The new app is terrible. It takes forever to load every time I open it. To add to the inconvenience, all of my previous orders, rewards, and payment info was also wiped with the update.
