This cab app asks for excessive permissions — contacts, call logs, SMS, storage, mic, and camera — none of which are needed for booking a ride. For a cab booking service, only location and notifications are logically necessary. This isn’t convenience — it’s data mining tool under the guise of utility and a threat to personal security and should be avoided.

The app worked very well in the beginning. But now it just doesnt work anymore. It wont search for a particular location. If i search for one kind of location, the search results would show locations that are completely opposite to the one i searched for. And i have to sign up everytime i open the app and it takes a lot to time to load. I was very happy with these services being introduced but now i'm just disappointed with it. I have stopped using it because it pisses me off.

Shows you an x amount at the time of booking and x + 70 at the time of completion of ride. Initially I though it was a one-off but it has happened four times in a row. Moreover, in Srinagar, drivers ask for extra money for no reason. They resort to cheap tricks in order to extort money especially from the elderly. You need to train the drivers to do the job properly. Lastly, the app is buggy and needs improvements.

I have used this service many times.. the app interface is good and convenient but what is surprisingly is that the driver charges extra amount then as mentioned at the time of booking . This happened with me many times.. the charged money is higher than shown on the app at the time of booking . Kindly look into this issue

Ok.... Before i start with my findings i would like to congratulate the team for this idea. On the negative side i found couple of issues like- not being able to add the card,or link upi apps and, The ETA does not decrease when the driver is near, it remains constant. Other that this, everything is good...!!! Hope this issue gets fixed ASAP 😉☺️

One of the reasons I stopped using this service is that upon booking the app shows pretty attractive fares, but on reaching the destination there is a huge, really huge, variation in the final fare, sometimes even more than double of the estimated fare, and the driver gives lame reasons e. g. He had to take another route or something which in no manner justifies a hike of 200%. Please display estimate fares adjusted for minor possible variations so that the consumer does not feel scammed.

At the face of it, there seems to be no problem the cab came on time the driver was polite .but the real problem happens with the end fare. estimates & the actual fare were drastically different a 250 inr ride turning into 418 is quite different. The gentleman from the customer service was also polite, he said will share the screen shot of the ride,which can be seen on the app, but there are some challenges from a transparency and principles standpoint. So please book at your own discretion.

1. The app is definitely user friendly but lacking few features like we cannot give our perspective for the fare charges. It is only the driver or app decide what fare should be charged and it is too high for the locals when you have many other public mediiums to travel. 2. No attractive offers for new customer. 3. It seems like this app is still in PILOT. Mode so looking for the future of the app- they must add some more component like bike taxi too.
