Worst ordering app in existence. First, no ability to add sides like a side of ranch or a side of BBQ sauce. Second, you choose a time and for order pickup and by the time you're finished ordering, it won't let you order because the time is no longer available. You have to choose a new time and input your credit card info....takes too long and it kicks you out again..time is no longer available. This scenario has happened to me more than once. Terrible app. Start over

I'm in Pensacola, and it's saying there's no locations available I can't ever use the app to book a reservation. Can't do it online either.

PLEASE FIX!!! Whenever I change the email and phone number to something different than normal because someone else is picking it up. It still doesn't send the info to what I typed in, it sends it to the info that was originally there and deleted. I shouldn't matter if you have an account send the email and text to what I typed in at checkout!

Amazing experience would come again dayanna was my server and she gave me and amazing bubbas 33 experience would recommend her if you go and the food was delicious best I've had in a while.

Bubba's 33 app and website sucks!! Cannot place order on the app or website. The app keeps giving an error that says I need to check my network connection....my connection is fine and I have switched between wifi and phone data, and I get the same error message. The website gives a funky error message that makes no sense to me

Eat here twice a week or more if I could, wide selection of good food with big purportions so you get your bang for your buck, it's owned by the creators of Texas roadhouse and they got pasta better than olive garden, they have basically most food genre's are better than other restaurants I normally frequent so thus place has replaced all of them lol. My advice? The signature ribeye is probably the most expensive thing on the menu at $23 but for me it's well worth it.

Love this place and the food! Everyone is friendly. My alltime favorite place to go! I would if gave a 5 star but tonight the app want let me join the waitlist. It says this store dont have waitlist but i have used it a number of times. Deleted the app and reinstalled. Now time to go to Bubba's and enoy our food.
