Works as intended. Handy for reporting outages and similar issues. Also, the approximate power restoration times they quote, wait for it, it's not what your expecting, appear to be accurate and sometimes even shorter to restore- never long. It's refreshing to have a power company that actually makes most things easy and accessible. It could be the local crews and support people that give me this impression, but that has been my experience in southern Sullivan County in New York. Kudos O&R 👏

Works great! This app has so much useful information and it's surprising how user friendly it was made. Provides real time electricity usage, graphs, alerts, home surveys to help identify usage and opportunities to save, and a lot more! Truly excellent and the app creators should be commended.

I love the new app that Orange & Rockland came out with recently. It's a much better explanation and breakdown of what you use or don't use, how much you use, and how much you've saved since the last bill. Along with that, paying my bill is super easy! Nice job with the app update!

It has been 8 months and I still cannot connect to your app. I have repeatedly registered and reset my password on the website, but the app is still useless. Your app is AWFUL, but at least your development style is consistent.

Makes checking our account easy. We recently submitted power outage information, and were kept up to date on repairs, and expected reconnection times. It is easy to make paymemts, and check usage history.

Fix the dam app it keeps giving a statusCode": 404, "message": "Resource not found" } error message when I try to pay my bill the payment over phone won't wait for me to read out the account number I have trouble with talking and the ai is to quick I'm not able to pay over phone because it doesn't give enough time to text the account number and it won't let me talk to a human I guess I can't pay my bill till it fix

This app is awesome. Everything works. It is such a comfort to know that even when there is an electrical outage you can report it right from the app, pay your bill. Oh and by the way O&R is fast in responding from this app to get you back in business with your electricity.

Like it, only issue once that it stored a different payment type and charged the wrong card, I know it wasn't user error because I screenshot everything before submitting.
