App technical issue caused a bounce back from the payee. The merchant(coen gas) immediately will reject the transaction over any issue and send your missing funds to a debt collector with a $50 fee attached. You may try to use the app to save a few cents in gas and pay more in debt collector fees. Be wary. Try to speak to the corporate office over technical issues on the app and get unempathetic soulless responses. No thanks, I will tell anyone I care about to steer clear.

Doesnt work, cant login with old accout, apparently doesnt exist. Go to register new, page redirects to the app devopers site, not a login or sign up. Try again, same thing. Then it says too many requests or redirects and fails to load at all. Well, it was worth a try. Given the reviews though i might as well delete, i dont need a credit card or to share bank info to get some cents off gas. Even if everything was smooth, even at 30c off, some competitors are still cheaper.

Not user friendly. Initial install crashed constantly. Had to uninstall and set location to precise. Apparently general location isn't good enough. Attempted to sign up for payment method, and got stuck on the error "Card Number length or prefix must be valid" The problem is there are no fields labeled card number nor prefix! There's also another screen that instructs the user to fill out a form below, but there is no form. Invalid routing number error, I copied it directly from my bank's site

Total rip off!!! They advertise a cheaper rate, but don't give it to you. Customer service says account is ready but can't use app to buy fuel. Left paying full price. Tried switching card, no luck. Unfortunately Amoco is a superior fuel and I am stuck getting ripped off. If Coen crashes and another line comes along, hopefully it will be better. There are other suppliers of Amoco fuel.

App hasn't worked in over a year. There's is no point in having it. Crashes every time you try and pay at a pump, and before that, it still didn't work or let you pay thru the app.

I love the convenience. Pull in to pump, make a few taps in the app and pump is ready to go. No buttons to push on the pump, no cards to scan. I also like the savings and earning points for even more savings. I'm happy I looked into it and actively use it.

App keeps restarting and goes back to the log in screen. When I log in again, the app restarts to the log in screen. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app. This just started a couple of days ago.

Going on over a month and mobile pay still doesn't work. Everytime I click tap to select pump, the app crashes and closes. When is it gonna be fixed? Offer people a gas discount and can't even get it
