With the recent update I'm getting at least 10 surveys a day that just crash once opened, and I'm no longer getting 1p for being screened out. It was a great incentive for doing more apps. It's a shame it's not even discussed in the app update, so not even sure if that's intentional.

Incredibly disappointing app. I'm getting quite some surveys, but 99% of the time I get screened out for various reasons but mostly because I don't fit the "criteria". It's also very raging when you had to reply to many questions and spend quite some time before it says so and don't even get some "points". Don't tell me "no you always get 1 in such a case" because that's a lie, otherwise I'd have a lot of points now. And also the way we are categorized by the survey creators.

Legitimately the only online survey site that consistently and reliably both has surveys, let's you do them and pays out. Very clear and transparent. Very few are full or kick you out, and if they do it's within the first minute and often gives you 2 points (ie 2 pence) just for starting. The only one I use, well done devs, thanks for my guilt-free spending money to treat myself every week!

I last dumped this app as useless in 2022. Thought I'd give it another go. Attempted to sign up with email. Clicked link received in email account and got sent to a blank page. Twice. Attempted to sign up using my Google account. That went through, straight to a page saying "account locked" and a form to complete. Forget it. That's the last chance. Uninstalled.

Very disappointed. After years of using this app, I was suddenly flagged as being inconsistent, false answers, etc. I find it strange that I'd suddenly be doing this, surely I would have been inconsistent from the start?! I therefore feel I have been incorrectly flagged up by their automated systems or they want to get rid of me to allow for new users. I feel disregarded and that I was never actually appreciated. Be careful of the automated system that flags accounts as it's inaccurate.

A lot of time is spent doing the surveys only to realize your "not eligible" why send me the surveys in the first place? Why not screen me beforehand? Instead of wasting so much time for a potential 2p of credits. I can see that recently this app has tried to improve in ways of bonuses and easier surveys, which is good. But it still is at the very bottom of my to do list, as there's a lot of issues with the surveys completing, and also being kicked off after a considerable amount of time.

Always been happy using this app. Fairly easy to earn points. Have been able to cash out without any hassle into my PayPal account. However recently after earning over £100 in points it says "Manual Verification Required". Contacted them 2 months ago and received one response 1 month later. Replied to that and it has been another month without reply. I'm also part of their "MAX" panel. If I don't get a resolution soon I'll be uninstalling and I suggest others don't install this either.

Once again, i successfully completed an Awesome Advertising Task worth 50 points, and STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REWARD! This is happening more and more frequently, and is getting beyond a joke! It used to be a great app for earning a few points here and there, but what's the point of taking and SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETING surveys to get NOTHING in return for it?!
