The app is smooth but you can not complete your purchase and pay for a ticket. Not sure if the payment page is down but the same is happening on their website too. An awareness for this issue would have been great, but non-existent. This app is much better and smoother than other competition's app, but if only they could resolve this, because now my money will be going to another airline due to this issue.

Needs to be upgraded. Whenever I tried to download the boarding pass or send it to mail, there's nothing happened. It just stuck on its page. And I guess it would be best if we're be able to track our previous or on going flight, some sort of history page on it.

I can't download my boarding pass, the screen keep loading and nothing downloaded. I tried send it to my email and whats? nothing happened. Also the screen keep loading without sending the email and give error pop up at the end.

I am really dissapointed with this airline! I have high expectation with this airline. I have my booking on 12th of May originally, but they change to 13th afternoon, and changed again still on 13th but almost night! Hello, i have a meeting on 13th and already reschedule because of you changed my flight. But now, i have to reschedule again? Even your CS cant give me an options! They just asked me to ACCEPT THE OPTIONS THAT YOU GIVE! My first experience with you guys really bad. Sorry for that!

Worse airline app, not clear whether I already checked in or not. The apps keeps loading when I want to download/send boarding pass to email.

Slow response from Contact Center and only available by chat. Frequently chat closed without solving the problems experienced by customer. Bad service from Pelita Air crew.
