No support and the community forum appears to be locked for over a year. I tried posting a new user question about zoom settings for 360 video and almost immediately got a message saying I broke community guidelines. Then I noticed there are no community posts less than a year old and there are no community guidelines. You can buy stuff in the app, doesnt do anything else useful.

Whilst the headset itself is great, the app itself is very barebones, and lacking quite a lot of features the quest app has. The account function isn't very well designed either, I accidentally set my account as under 18 and now I'm unable to purchase any 18 rated games like TWD Saints & Sinners and Blade & Sorcery. There's no function to change this either, so I'm stuck with an account that's unable to purchase some of the best games on the platform.

Needs an update, dark mode needed, updated Mixed reality list, no 3d platformer list, description of games are mostly Meta Quest info copy and pasted of which I find bizarre 🤔. No link in the uk to use your mobile phone for calls and messages. Shopping cart options would be nice instead of having to buy one game at a time. Its an OK app that does somethings right. But I know my review will be ignored by Devs as I can see in all comments, but no reply.

Now that they fixed the main complaint I had from my original review the app is perfect. The addition of a chat with friends feature and an app kan (beta) system is also great. Original review: The app does exactly what it needs to but please optimize it. The app runs at what feels like 3 FPS on the homepage on a Snapdragon 888.

App mostly works fine for me (on Galaxy S20 Ultra) & navigating between the different app choices is simple enough. My only real issue (besides the fairly limited choice in apps at the moment, but as Pico 4 just launched, this is understandable) is that despite my being logged into my account, which has a record of my age, any time I click to view an age-restricted app, it asks me to enter my date of birth again... EVERY TIME!! I'm logged in: YOU ALREADY KNOW MY AGE!!! Sorry, but it's a pain.

PICO, YOU'RE IN COMPETITION WITH META!!! Just compare the Quest's app to this bare bones of an excuse. To be frank...You either compete or GTFO!!! -Where is the dark mode? -Do the videos really need an auto-play everytime??? -Where is the friends list/Activity? -Why are the games older versions of what is on Quest??? - Where are the in-app purchases? - Why are you advertising using PCVR assets? You got the hardware bit right (better than the competition) but the software/user experi is subpar

Works way better for me than the Quest app. I can actually watch whats going on on the headset and get my screenshots and videos transferred to my phone seamlessly. Love the app + Pico 4

Bought games from your store, stopped playing for a while, updated the vr, try to play games again, now you won't let me play the games that I paid for. Says verification failed or something. Seriously.
