I like the app. However, some of the tasks, after completing them, do not give you the promised bonuses. I wish all the locations had details as to what food services are associated with that particular location. The Loves app shows you what food services they have per individual location, which makes it easy to determine if its a place I want to stop. I wish Pilot / Flying J's point system was like Loves, where you keep your status for fuel. It's kinda silly how it resets every month.

If it actually works, it's a great app. Sadly, it's a tossup whether or not it will. It's awesome when it does, but 3/5 times I'm either having to use the card reader at the pump or go inside, then you might not get your points for the transaction when it does work. Been a couple of times I've had to file for missed points.

App does not automatically update shower status very well. It'll still show 5 waiting at the same time you get a text that your shower is ready. Also sometimes the shower reserve button doesn't respond - so you naturally hit it again - and before you know it you have two showers. Today I ended up with three! That's really bad when there are drivers waiting! Pls fix!!!!

This app has way to many issues. Always freezing up, closing the app and logging you out. Of all the truck stops this is the app that glitches out and plane locks me out the most. I have a problem with this app at least once a week if not more. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and still can't log in. Junk to say the least. if my company would let me I would never fuel at PFJ just because of this app.

It won't even let me sign up! This app is basically only for fleet. Thought I had it working, then it doesn't recognize my password, change it, then doesn't recognize the new password. tried to set up payment method and it only would recognize fleet credit cards! GARBAGE!

pretty good. would be nice if you could change to your preferred fuel that shows and not just diesel. having to clock and go through to get price mapping. is a little annoying. not sure if it's because I have pro driver profile. that I am not able to change either. it's okay I'm back to driving trucks so it works out.

In-app promotions for goods in the convenience store are great in combination with the fuel discount. I am not sure why it needs to be reclaimed, as a certain competitor that has is from Oklahoma doesn't. I find the map and code scanning very intuitive, and enjoy my time using the app.

good app for fuel discounts. con sometimes it doesn't work. have to re download at beginning of every month. which today is not wanting to cooperate. otherwise it's usually pretty good. drinks and foods are ok but I don't drink red bull or many of the things they offer on discount. Great discounts if you do though
